The version that was hiding, shrinking, making herself small and someone that is more comfortable for other people is gone. 👋✌🏻

What came back after finding meditation was a louder, funner, more confident and more herself version than ever. Someone completely unbothered by what that looks like to anyone.

Wierd may be what healed looks like from the outside. But on the inside it is filled with joy, freedom, abundance, unconditional self love and a peace I never dreamed was possible.

Save this as a reminder that YES it is completely possible to heal yourself through meditation and find your inner wierdo. ✨💃

No one really prepared us for this. 😖

As kids we were told to go outside and play. This was our life. Freedom, creativity.

And then we did what we were told. Go to school. Get the degree. Build the career. Work really hard...

And then the economy changed. Financial crises. The cost of housing, inflation and it made it very difficult to rely on just 1 income. Meaning a household of working people trying to cram the household chores in a 2 day “weekend”... (where did it go?) 😵‍💫

COVID hit. The cost of living sky-rocketed making everything seem even more unreachable. Groceries, wars and now the price of gas... 😳

Everything we thought was “secure” suddenly wasn’t.

Now even the paths we worked so hard for feel uncertain.

And through all of it… we just kept going.

Pushing.
Working harder.
Trying to keep up.

But at some point, you start to feel it.

The stress. The anxiety. The overwhelm.
The constant feeling of “is this really it?” 😓

This question means we’re waking up. Our mind and body have had enough. ✋

Because theres a better way to live…
So now we’re questioning everything.

Because we don’t need to keep living like this…
maybe we don’t know what, but we’re ready for something different. 🙌🏼

And this is exactly where meditation comes in. 🧘🏻‍♀️

To slow the noise.
To release the stress & emotions you’ve been carrying.
To actually feel grounded again… even when life isn’t.

So when you start questioning everything?
When you feel trapped in anxiety, overwhelm or stress?
