Let's just start off by saying that it doesn't matter. Classification doesn't matter. There is no one definition of pain.

My mechanic says that it is better for my vehicle to get regular oil changes. I do this BEFORE the black smoke is coming out of my exhaust, to prevent build up and problems with my engine.

Like a car, our body should operate like a well-oiled machine. To prevent problems from occurring, it requires regular diagnostics, maintenance and servicing.

Like the "check engine" light comes on when something is wrong under the hood, your body provides early warning signs when you internal machinery is not operating properly. And like a car, when the "check engine" light comes on, we have three options:

1️⃣ take the car in for service,
2️⃣ continue to drive with the light on, or
3️⃣ cut the wire to the warning light.
