What We Carry: A Day of Systemic Constellations

What if there are patterns in your life that you’ve been trying to understand, change, or move through, but they don’t seem to shift no matter how much you think about them?

This day offers an opportunity to step outside the familiar and explore what may be influencing your relationships, choices, emotions, and sense of self. Through the constellation process, you may begin to see connections that weren’t visible before, recognize patterns that have been carried forward, and create space for something new.

You don’t need to have any previous experience with this work. Come with a question, a feeling, a relationship, a pattern you’re curious about or simply a sense that there’s something you’re ready to understand differently.

Jeannine Riant and Anni Mukkala-Stinn are coming together for this special day, bringing their individual experience, perspectives, and ways of holding space to create a deeply experiential day of exploration and discovery.

Anni is travelling from Edmonton to join Jeannine at Fully Align Studio, making this a unique opportunity to experience their work together in one room.

Carolina Rosero is a licensed acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner specializing in facial acupuncture, mental well-being, and the Balance Method. She is passionate about helping people restore balance, feel grounded, and enhance their natural vitality inside and out.

Jeannine Riant
Since 2006, Jeannine Riant has supported women in understanding how stress, life experiences, and unprocessed emotions live in the body and shape how we think, feel, and respond. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed somatic practices. Through her own journey and using frequency & vibration, she has deepened her work via many offerings so that women can return to themselves. Sometimes, you can’t think your way out... you have to listen to what your body is telling you.

Your Gut Doesn't Just Digest Food...

Most of us think our gut is simply responsible for digestion.

But your gut also responds to stress.

When we constantly say "yes" when we mean "no," push through exhaustion or carry emotional weight, the body doesn't simply forget those experiences.

It adapts.
