Elissa has lived all over BC and southern Alberta before she finally settled down in her hometown of
Sparwood BC. In 2010, after a struggling with weight and body image for all her teens and early 20’s, she decided to make a change. Unfortunately, with the mass amounts of misinformation out there she
found herself on the other end of the spectrum, severely undereating and over exercising. She star

ted diving into exercise and diet for health and performance. During this time, she fell in love with the human body and how much it was capable of. Knowing how hard it is to navigate exercise and nutrition alone she became a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM in 2018. After a few years training clients, she realized how many others have the same struggle she did. By obtaining a nutrition certification she would be able to help others even more. So, in 2024, through NCI, she did just that. Elissa loves spending time with her family and friends, especially outdoors. Helping others and seeing
them succeed is one of the things that she enjoys most. Her aim is to support clients with compassion,
understanding, knowledge and accountability to help them reach and maintain their goals. Certifications & Education:

Stress, boredom, celebration, comfort, guilt, habits, and beliefs all influence the choices we make every day.
That's why knowing what to eat isn't usually the problem.

The challenge is managing the thoughts, emotions, and situations that show up when life gets busy.

Sustainable nutrition isn't about being perfect. It's about understanding your patterns, building awareness, and creating habits that actually fit your life.

Teen Strength & Conditioning (Ages 12–16)

Build confidence. Get stronger. Learn to train properly.

This program is designed to help teens develop strength, athleticism, coordination, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment. Whether your teen plays sports, wants to improve overall fitness, or is completely new to the gym, this class teaches proper movement mechanics and safe strength training foundations that will benefit them for life.

Each session includes a mix of:
• Strength training
• Speed and agility work
• Conditioning
• Core and mobility training
• Team challenges and fun workouts

Our focus is on building strong, capable, confident teens — not perfection. Workouts are fully coached and scalable for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes.
