4 Great Exercises for Quad Growth Want bigger quads? Add these to your leg day: 1. Hack Squat • Fixed track = deep knee flexion • Quad Tip: Keep feet low and shoulder-width. Go deep, control the descent. 2. Leg Extensions • Pure isolation for the quads • Quad Tip: Pause at the top. Slow on the way down. 3. Leg Press • Heavy load with minimal back strain • Quad Tip: Feet low and close. Don’t lock out. Keep tension constant. 4. Barbell Back Squat (High Bar) • Full-body compound move that hits the quads hard • Quad Tip: High bar, upright torso, go deep (ATG if you can). ⸻ Tag a gym partner and save this for your next leg day!
