A few simple habits can help prevent aches, pains, and repetitive strain while working in the garden!

๐Ÿ’ง Stay hydrated โ€” dehydration can contribute to muscle fatigue and cramping, especially on warm days.

โธ Take frequent breaks โ€” your body needs time to recover from repetitive movements like weeding, digging, and planting

๐Ÿ”„ Change positions regularly โ€” avoid staying bent over or kneeling for long periods of time.

โœ‹ Keep your wrists and spine neutral โ€” try to avoid excessive bending or twisting while using tools or lifting.

โ†”๏ธ Switch sides often โ€” alternate arms and sides when raking, digging, or carrying to reduce overloading one side of the body.
