We are so proud to share that Jenna is officially a Registered Massage Therapist!

Jenna has worked incredibly hard to get here, and this is such a well-deserved milestone. Anyone who has been through this journey knows it takes dedication, perseverance, and a lot of heart.

We are so grateful to have Jenna as part of the Unity Massage & Wellness Clinic team. Her kindness, determination, and care for her clients already shine through in the treatment room, and we can’t wait to watch her continue to grow in this profession.

Tension headaches are often caused by tight muscles such as:
• Suboccipitals
• Upper trapezius
• Sternocleidomastoid (SCM)
• Temporalis and jaw muscles
When these muscles stay tight, they can refer pain into the head, leading to headaches that many people don’t realize are muscular.
Massage can help by:
✔ Reducing muscle tension

Why do shoulders get so tight?
Most people assume it’s stress ...it is often posture and repetitive movement.
Common contributors include:
• Sitting at a computer
• Driving for long periods
• Looking down at your phone
• Stress and jaw clenching
• Poor sleep position
Over time these patterns cause muscles like the upper traps, levator scapulae, and suboccipitals to stay shortened and overworked.
Massage helps release that tension and restore normal movement.
If your shoulders feel like they live up by your ears… your body might be asking for a reset.
