So much thought, time, and love went into creating a room that feels warm, calming, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Seeing it all come together exactly how I envisioned it is such a special feeling.

ACT Massage has grown so much over the years, and having the opportunity to expand into a bigger, beautiful new space feels like such an exciting next chapter. 🥹

While the room has changed, one thing hasn’t:

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank you for your continued support, trust, and loyalty. Being able to do what I love every day and help you feel your best means everything to me.

As my practice continues to grow, along with ongoing education, rising costs, and my commitment to providing the highest quality care, I will be implementing a rate adjustment effective May 1, 2026.

This decision wasn’t made lightly, but it allows me to continue offering the level of service, time, and attention each of you deserve.

If you have any upcoming appointments booked prior to this date, they will be honored at the current rate.

Five years ago today, I began my career in massage therapy — anxious, excited, and hopeful for what was ahead.

Today, I’m incredibly proud to celebrate three years of ACT Massage.

Opening the doors three years ago was a leap of faith, and it has been the most rewarding journey. Three years of growth, learning, and building something I truly love.

To every client who has supported, referred, and trusted me — through the ups and downs, pregnancy, maternity leave, and everything in between — thank you. You are the reason this dream became a reality, and I am so grateful for each of you.
