Today I’m taking a much-needed me day. Sadly, I woke up to several abusive messages from followers this morning. I’m not sure why some people think this kind of behavior is acceptable, but it’s incredibly discouraging and disgusting.
I pour a lot of time, energy, and heart into this community, and when that effort is met with hostility, it takes a toll. Right now, my heart just isn’t in creating, posting, or giving the way it normally is.
So today, I’m stepping back, focusing on myself, and taking the space I need.
I may return later today with posts - if not maybe my heart will be into it tomorrow.
