Ever wondered what those cups are actually doing?

Cupping uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues, creating space between the layers.
This can help increase local circulation, reduce the feeling of muscle tension, and encourage relaxation — especially in areas that feel tight or restricted.

The goal isn’t to “pull toxins out” or break up scar tissue, but to create a different mechanical stimulus to the tissues and nervous system.

Lift. Release. Relax. Restore.

And yes… RMTs need bodywork too.

Each appointment is reserved just for you. I set aside this time to prepare, hold space, and be fully present for your healing journey.

Life happens, and I completely understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel, I kindly ask for as much notice as possible.

48+ hours' notice:
No charge.

24–48 hours' notice:
A 50% session fee may apply unless you are able to fill your appointment time.

Less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments:
The full session fee may apply unless you are able to fill your appointment time.

Late arrivals:
Please note that your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so that I can remain on schedule for all clients. The full appointment fee will still apply.

If you're unable to keep your appointment, you are welcome to receive a Distance Reiki Healing or a Distance Soul Reading during your scheduled appointment time instead, allowing you to still benefit from the energy and intention set aside for you.

Thank you for understanding that every appointment is sacred time, intentionally reserved for your healing. Your kindness and consideration allow me to continue offering each client the presence, care, and support they deserve.
