I wanted to update & remind clients of the following ~

⛱️ Daytime appointments are available if clients want to book earlier in my day!

⛱️Keep on ( somewhat) of a regular treatment schedule- keep at least 1 massage appointment this summer instead of none- trust me!

⛱️ Keep moving!!! Our bodies were designed to be active.. ALL YEAR !!

⛱️ My summer time off has been booked! After an extremely busy past 6 months (THANK YOU ALL) I hope to be unreachable during all of my vacation time this summer! 😉😎🌊⛱️

🌟🌟 BIOFLEX Laser Therapy SPOTLIGHT 🌟🌟

TMJ disorder is a common "disorder" that affects the joints that connect your jaw to your skull. There are several temporalmandibular disorders that can affect these joints, and can involve the masticatory muscles and related structures. These group of conditions can cause a lot of discomfort, pain and can interfere with everyday living.

The goal of a TMJ Bioflex laser treatment is to restore function to the TM joint as well as to ease or eliminate pain This often requires a combination of treatments that can include massage therapy. Bioflex laser or Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), has been gaining interest due to its non-invasive therapeutic benefits.

It has been used as an effective treatment for TMJ disorders, in particular with regards to pain management. Bioflex laser helps facilitate healing by reducing inflammation, increasing blood flow - delivering oxygen and nutrients and enhanced cellular turnover, all of which aid in the healing process.

At Kneaded Balance Massage, TMJ disorders can be treated by using a combination of Bioflex laser & massage therapy.

"Legs up the wall" or Viparita Karani pose for 5- 10 minutes daily, is one of the most helpful poses for~

* relieving tension and stress
* calms the nervous system
* helps improve lymphatic drainage
* improves circulation and digestion
* manages varicose veins
*promotes good sleep

I've started doing this pose 2-3 times daily and noticing a significant benefit especially after the intense workouts I do before work!

Give it a try- I think it'll become one of your favorite poses too! 😉
