We invite you to schedule a visit to Kamloops Surgical Centre before your surgery date for a detailed walkthrough. You can don a gown and have the entire process explained step by step, even seeing the tools and techniques that will be used.

We encourage you to ask any questions, no matter how small they may seem, and everything from the surgery itself to the recovery process. If you have a language barrier or need moral support, a family member or interpreter is welcome to join you for both the walkthrough and the actual surgery.

☀️ Complete any required lab tests

☀️ Follow all instructions from your surgeon

☀️ Read your pre and post-op instructions thoroughly

☀️ Think about your anesthetic, your anesthesiologist will guide you through this
