The most challenging part for business owners tends to be how we reach people.
I have been having issues with my newsletters for months. I will spend 45 minutes changing something and then when I go to send it, p**f it freezes or disappears. It's most frustrating and I'm sorry that I havent been able to send energy updates as frequently. As I navigate this challenge and possibly move my entire website platform, id so appreciate if you would continue to engage with my posts here on the socials. I will keep you posted with progress and upcoming news/events to the best of my ability.

Morning friends! I want to talk to you for a minute about reflection and why its happening.
We all know about the planetary influences that are happening right now. There is a lot of stabilizing energy and "airing" happening...like you know in the winter when things feel stagnant so you open a window or two and a door and burp the house? Well thats kind of whats happening here for us energetically right now.

We are reflecting on things of the past so that we can release those memories/regrets/life lessons and experiences from our memories and all of our energy bodies. ✨️
What happens when we let go? We create space. And within that space there is room for clarity and breath. We feel safe to be ourselves; truly authentic.and we allow ourselves the grace to experience things in a new way even if it triggers old responses because our nervous systems understand that we aren't under threat, and it's ok to try something new without fear. Nervousness sure, but not fear.

We are entering an era where fear based ideology is a thing of the past. It's time to step into your next level.
