β¨ When Stress Becomes Your Normal β¨
Stress doesn't always feel like panic or overwhelm.
Sometimes it becomes so familiar that we stop noticing it's there.
We tell ourselves:
"I'm just busy."
"This is just a stressful season."
"I'll slow down when things settle down."
Meanwhile, we may find ourselves feeling:
π Mentally exhausted
π Easily irritated
π Disconnected from ourselves
π Struggling to focus
π Carrying tension in the body
π Constantly thinking about what's next
When stress becomes our normal, it can be difficult to recognize how much we're carrying.
That's why creating intentional moments to pause, rest, and reconnect can be so important.
A sound bath can provide a dedicated space to step away from the demands of daily life and simply be present for an hour.
Not because it solves everything.
But because sometimes we need an opportunity to put down what we've been carrying, even for a little while.
