✨ Most people find Reflexology deeply relaxing. Some areas may feel tender but the pressure is always adjusted to your comfort. Reflexology does not need to hurt to be effective.

I get asked this question often.

There is not a specific “poop button” on the foot. While many people notice changes in digestion after a relaxing session, reflexology is not a guaranteed way to stimulate a bowel movement.

A baby’s brain doubles in size with in the first year of life and a woman can exclusively breastfeed for 6 months providing all the nutrients necessary for the further complex development of her baby; yet we know more about tomatoes than breast milk. We just don't give pregnancy, breastfeeding and motherhood the attention it deserves. Isn’t it a priority for the human race?
