Another exciting step forward for Calm Surrender!

Our renovations are continuing, and little by little, everything is coming together!

One of the latest additions is our beautiful new signage, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! It’s so exciting to see the vision I had for Calm Surrender slowly becoming a reality.

I also want to give a special thank you to cedar_springs_signs for their excellent customer service, attention to detail, and quality workmanship. It was such a pleasure working with them, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product!

There’s still more work happening behind the scenes, but every little improvement brings us one step closer to creating the warm, welcoming wellness space I’ve envisioned.

Thank you to everyone who has been following along and supporting us throughout this transformation. I can’t wait to share more as things continue to come together!

OCTOBER WELLNESS SPECIAL

The Balance Aromatherapy Massage

As the seasons change, it’s the perfect time to slow down, release what you’ve been carrying, and bring yourself back into balance.

Lavender — calming and relaxing
Bergamot — uplifting and helps ease feelings of stress
Frankincense — grounding and centering
Geranium — balancing with a soft floral warmth
Cedarwood — earthy, grounding and deeply comforting

The oils are blended directly into your massage oil, allowing aroma, touch and massage to become one complete experience—helping to ease muscular tension, encourage relaxation, quiet the mind and leave you feeling grounded and restored.

60 minutes of massage. One beautifully balanced blend.

We’re still busy working behind the scenes at Calm Surrender, but we are OPEN and treatments are continuing as usual!

There’s still painting, renovating and plenty of little details coming together — and sometimes it really is the little things. I absolutely love how our front door turned out. A little glimpse of what’s to come inside.

While we work on the transformation, you can still come in, relax and enjoy:

• Reflexology
• Indian Head Massage
• Full Body Massage
• Aromatherapy Massage
• Hot Stone Massage
• Holistic Facials
• PEMF Therapy
• Ionic Foot Detox with Nolanda Kerr
• Manicures, Pedicures & Waxing with Tiffany Andersen
• Plus our monthly wellness specials
The renovations may be happening around us, but inside our treatment rooms, it’s still all about slowing down, relaxing and taking some time for YOU.
there’s still lots happening behind the scenes, and I can’t wait to show you what we’re creating

A little peek at what’s been happening behind the scenes at Calm Surrender…

These pictures show the same spaces BEFORE and NOW — and as you can see, we definitely haven’t been sitting still!

Cupboards are gone, flooring is up, walls are being repaired, mudded and sanded, and there is dust absolutely EVERYWHERE.

But I have to give a very special thank you to an amazing friend who stepped forward and offered to help me take this on. I didn’t ask her — she simply offered her time, rolled up her sleeves and jumped right in beside me. We have put a lot of hours and hard work into this together, and I’m incredibly grateful and very proud to call her my friend Kerri Currins

And all this mess? There’s a reason for it.

We’re creating something completely NEW for Calm Surrender, and I am so excited about what this space is going to become.

I’m keeping that part a secret for just a little longer…

Take a good look at the BEFORE and NOW — because the AFTER is going to look very different.

Big reveal coming soon!

And a special thank you to Cash and Dan as well.

Today, we remember.

We remember the thousands of innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the families and loved ones whose lives were forever changed.

Twenty-five years later, we honour their memory and hold them in our hearts.

May they never be forgotten.
