It’s 2026 and we are no closer at collaborating medical efforts in the age of information - in fact we are ripping father apart.

As someone who wants to share non inflammatory information- I have to sit right in the middle of it. And frankly so do you.

Everyone wants to be right. Everyone wants to be heard. Everyone wants to the leading “expert” - and if bullying is how that gets accomplished, so be it.

You are going to see more and more practitioners targeting others to prove their point. I am a recipient of such unprofessional behaviour. It’s the new trend. A way to get their “point” across.

So the first photo came up on my news feed. And in the comments, people are talking about the second photo.

You have praise towards HPV as the UK did not have any deaths from cervical cancer from 2020-2024 for those under age 30 who received their HPV vax. And that means 200 people lived. Is this correlation or causation? There are several risk factors that increase one’s chance of cervical cancer. And why wasn’t it detected on a PAP? Did they not ever have a PAP in their 20s? Be it the HPV vax is 100% the reason they did not end of up cervical cancer.

The second photo is Merck settling for $50 Million lawsuit due to adverse reactions to HPV vax - causing autoimmunity. Did Merck just settle because anyone can sue? In the comment section it was played down. A pediatrician who gives his two cents on TikTok, simply makes the comment that anyone can sue and that is what’s going on. So what he is really saying is those suffering, don’t matter. Their conditions came on idiopathically and we don’t want to find a cause of dis-ease. That was his message. Heaven forbid we acknowledge a cause that is uncomfortable. One of the principles of medicine is to find the root cause of one’s condition.

One of the hardest thing to hear from parent is they wish had been able to speak about vaccines sooner. Instead, years later, they are feeling lost.

Why I am in the arena of vaccines is because I 100% enjoy being in this space.

The information I love sharing is not mine- and that is what I am doing in the Vaccine Education Mastermind. My preference is always from the horses mouth. Be it from Immunize BC or CDC or even WHO.

And in this case, it’s Dr Stanley Plotkin, MD. He is the god father to vaccines.

He is essentially the reasons we have the vaccine schedule we have - for any schedule around the world. That is his life’s work.

Shall I say it is really interesting to watch paediatrician influencers mock someone’s questions around vaccines: for example Hepatitis B and say many babies will now die from Hepatitis B because the CDC doesn’t recommend at birth. In fact, so does Dr Stanley Plotkin in his textbook. He recommends for Asian and African countries. Not North America.

And what does Canada do? Most provinces start in Grade 6.

Measles is another great chapter.

And the information he provided then is NOT different than today. What is different? Your health. Your life style choices.

Infections are worse today - but not because Measles or Hep B or Pertussis is more stealth.

Why build a Vax Education Mastermind.

Simple. Because of the people in the comment sections. The people who make videos making fun of professionals who support those who want to vaccinate and then the other side is Pediatricians making fun of those who question and raise VALID questions.

It’s all hostile. It’s all incredibly immature. And you get stuck in the middle.

Where are you to go? Post anonymously all the time? Secretly have conversations with someone that hopefully is kind with you when you ask a vaccine question? Do you corner the mom at the park that you know decided to do something different with her kids and ask her questions?

Social media has their claws out and has an opinion for everything. And the good old “show me the evidence” for absolutely everything that you may offer insight or concern around.

Vaccine Hesitancy. Who or what is responsible for the surge of vaccine hesitancy? Is it the conventional side or Naturopathic side?

Shame is the leading cause of hesitancy in my office. It doesn’t matter who does it.

I was recently attacked - twice by the same person - because I offer vaccines in my office. This person I speak to in the video publicly SHAMED me for being a vaccinating Naturopathic Doctor. Her choreographed followers came at me after she made false accusations about me in her videos.

Shaming someone who wants vaccinate may choose to actually vaccinate. I have had a patient who wasn’t sure about vaccinating, was fed fear based information (and wild accusations) from friends who don’t vaccinate, which made her WANT to vaccinate.

And then I have hundreds of patients who have not vaccinated because their provider shamed them for asking questions.

Both sides in this conversation are cruel. I have been the target and have seen how heinous people are simply because I offer vaccines and support families around vaccines. My inbox lit up with vile comments from those who don’t vaccinate.

But because this unlicensed Quebec Naturopath, she helped me shape the idea of creating a Vaccine Education Mastermind. Something I knew I wanted but didn’t know how to articulate my goal. So thanks Jennifer. Your unprofessional behaviour led to a great idea.
