Have you noticed how many health and beauty conversations focus on what to apply, inject, or add?

Very few pause to ask what state the body is in when those efforts are layered on.

In my “before,” I was doing everything I thought I should ~ early mornings preparing for a physically demanding job five to six days a week, rebuilding my business, carrying a full family and household load, and expanding our food forest.

Looking back, I can see how my body was responding.

Not because I was neglecting myself,
but because it was too much.
My cortisol was high, and my body was being protective.

My system was already under load.
More intensity didn’t create change.
It created more holding.

That’s when I stopped forcing outcomes and started supporting systems. I began aligning my daily life in a way that better honored my biology, rather than working against it.

Targeted cryotherapy wasn’t about doing less…
it was about doing what my body could actually integrate.

Precision over pressure.
Regulation over shock.

These are my personal results. Bodies respond differently based on capacity and context, and at Haus of Body we always adjust support to meet each person’s unique priorities and biology.
