A little snip from class last night! My energy was at about 10% but we showed up and made it happen!! The lights were low, the music and disco ball lights were high ✨️

Remaining dance classes for October, 7:45-8:30, $10 on the following days:

Monday, October 19
Friday, October 23
Monday, October 26
Friday, October 30

Come as you are. No one cares how you look. Find your commity of people who love dancing just as much as you do!

Good morning!

I just wanted to say thank you to whoever put my name forward for one of these awards ❤️. To say its an honor is an understatement.

It still blows my mind that people are still showing up to hear what I have to say and be held in our safe space week after week. I spent a lot of time as a child writing and listening to music and being alone in my thoughts. I guess there was a reason for it all 💕

I will keep showing up if you do, Miramichi.

Lets continue to rise together.

Dear ones, I am not sure if there will be class next week. I have a hot date with antibiotics for the next week and a bit, and they are making me feel quite unwell 😭 If anything changes, I will let you know asap! I am anxious to get back after what feels like a enormous break.

Here is what I am aiming for the rest of the month to look like:

The cards were loud this morning. Lots wanted to come out. There was one that was flipped over and it was Momentum. Its your time! It gave me goosebumps.
