This is a Golden Oldie! So much has Changed over the last 26 years: I started my Massage practice, Sold it after my back Surgery. Taught in 3 Schools and worked in a few clinics moving to a room rental space I am still in working at Islington wellness for the last 3 years! To starting to teaching Modalities to massage therapists & other professionals to help them save their body and hands and create more income streams. Here's to a long career and continuing what I love to do Teach and Treat patients 🥰

All Set for Reflexology Treatment!

I use a Cervical bolster, A Knee Bolster and a Small round bolster for the ankle with Hot Stones held in the hands, Gua Sha tools, essential oils heated with coconut oil as the carrier oil, Hot Towels for the feet and of course relaxation Zen music 🎶 In winter and fall a nice heated table 🔥 This creates a perfect shut down of the Nervous System 😴
