Cupping therapy uses suction to lift and decompress muscle fibers and connective tissue. Instead of pushing down like a normal massage, it pulls the tissue upward. This negative pressure increases blood flow, releases tight fascia, and helps flush out waste to ease muscle soreness.

All new patient appointments start with a thorough conversation about your health history, current pain/issue, how it's effecting your daily life, and your goals.

Your chiropractor will then assess how your body moves, and will complete an orthopedic and neurologic/muscle test exam. They will then talk through the significant findings and work with you to complete a personalized treatment plan that also contains supported self-management.
