👣 CORN OR WART? KNOW THE DIFFERENCE! 👣

Many people assume all hard spots on the feet are warts, but that's not always the case.

🔹 Corns and calluses are caused by pressure and friction. 🔹 Plantar warts are caused by a virus and can spread to other areas.

A few simple clues: ✅ Corns are often painful with direct pressure. ✅ Warts are often painful when squeezed from the sides. ✅ Warts may have tiny black dots and interrupt the natural skin lines. ✅ Corns and calluses usually allow skin lines to continue through them.

At Colemans Therapeutic Footcare, we can help assess and treat corns and calluses and provide recommendations to reduce discomfort and pressure.

If you suspect a wart, we recommend seeing your doctor or podiatrist for diagnosis and treatment options.
