🚨 ATTENTION: UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY 🚨
Please note that our cancellation policy has been updated. We are extending the cancellation window to help ensure classes and appointments remain available to those who want to attend.
🧘♀️ GROUP YOGA CLASSES
Our late cancellation window is changing from 4 hours to 8 hours.
If you cancel a group yoga class less than 8 hours before the start time, a $20 + GST late cancellation fee will be charged to your account.
💆♀️ MEMBER APPOINTMENTS
For members, appointments cancelled less than 8 hours before the appointment time will be subject to a $20 + GST cancellation fee.
🔥❄️ HOT & COLD THERAPY — NON-MEMBERS
For non-members booking hot/cold therapy appointments, the cancellation window is 24 hours.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a full cost of the appointment + GST
