With the Full Sturgeon Moon and partial lunar eclipse arriving tonight, I wanted to offer something a little different.

Not another affirmation.
Not something else to accomplish.

Just a moment to pause, breathe and let go.

I infused this little waterfall moment with Reiki intention for calm, release and renewal — creating a space for you to slow down and simply be.

Let the water be your reminder that not everything needs to be held onto.

Take a breath.

Soften your shoulders.

Release what you're ready to release.

Make a little room for what comes next. 🤍
