Rooted in ancient wisdom, our mission is to guide, inspire, and educate women to reconnect with their cyclical nature through intentional food. Much like the seasons in nature, women's menstrual cycles have a predictable pattern. Understanding and utilizing the strength within these seasons can bring incredible ease and satisfaction within our lives. These seasonal attributes are reflected within

our own menstrual cycle
which guide us in our actions and emotions throughout the month much like the seasons in nature.

Lacuna seed cycling bars are now made in house.

and now … MADE AT HOME

And with pure love!

Thank you to the city of Ottawa for finally updating the legislation on low-risk in-home food business.

This was a barrier for many aspiring food entrepreneurs, including myself.

The journey continues !
