Greenorchid massage & wellness was born of my passion to help people feel better, physically, emotionally and mentally. I help people remove the stress and pain from their body so that it can begin the healing process. Understanding how fascia, our body’s connective tissue works and how it’s related to pain, adhesions, scar tissue and restriction of movement is key to feeling and moving better. Us

ing a combination of Fluid Isometrics ™ (fascia release using my hands) and Block Therapy ™(fascia release using a therapeutic aid called the Block Buddy), we work together to find the source of your pain, and what your body needs to release it and start to heal. I’ll also teach you how to use the Block Buddy to continue your fascia release at home. Together we can work to help you release restrictions, move better, recover from injuries faster and reduce chronic pain.
