Jacob is one of our Kinesiologists in Prince George! Get to know him a bit better below.

“Hi! I’m Jacob, an avid coffee drinker and kinesiologist passionate about helping people stay active and return to the activities they love. I’ve always enjoyed sports and make it a priority to stay active myself, usually through trail running, hiking, or camping.

At home, my rescue dog Leona, who came all the way from Mexico, and my cat Ron keep things entertaining, whether we’re outside or relaxing indoors. When I’m not on the move, I enjoy baking sourdough, playing board or card games, or winding down with a good TV show. One day, I hope to take a road trip across Canada and explore beyond British Columbia, but for now, I’m proud to call Prince George home and support the community here.”
