Ever notice how a walk through a garden, forest, or field can change your mood? 🍃
Nature places our focus to the beauty and calm around us. It allows us to blur into the background the constant noise of everyday life. At the lilac festival in Warkworth this weekend, I watched people slow down and start noticing beauty of a flower or the floral scents in the air. I noticed myself being so present I was only focused on making memories with my partner and best friend that could be imprinted on us for the rest of our lives. This is creating a joyful life. 🤍
