I have not posted for a while…… June was total chaos in my personal life and I have not had the drive to post. Between my basement flooding and my cat trying to leave this earth, not once….but twice, I’m now starting to feel the weight lift.
It has now been 13 months in my new location at Earned Fitness and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to Marcie Prediger and Allan Prediger, my husband Doug and our sons, my clients and everyone at Earned Fitness who have been major contributors to me feeling welcome and at home in this amazing space.
I am so great full for my clients continued support and belief in my abilities as a massage therapist and manual osteopathic therapist. I truly care about you all. Thank you, I am blessed to have such amazing people in my life.

Today is my last day of work before I head out to the mountains for a little R&R. I will be gone all next week to celebrate 25 years of marriage to my best friend ☺️
I hope you all enjoy the last week of May and I will see you on Monday June 1st.

It’s not too late to start. Bootcamp runs Monday and Thursday night @6:30pm (1hr) drop in for $20 or 4 weeks for $120

It has been 6 and 1/2 months in my new space at Earned Fitness in Ponoka and I am loving it!!!

Thank you to my dedicated clients who have trusted my care and supported my growth for nearly 25 years as well as new clients who were brave enough to try something different. I appreciate you all!!!

I am happy to say that I have joined Earned Fitness as a gym member and have seen amazing improvements with my mobility, strength and a massive decrease in the level of pain I was experiencing post cervical spine surgery. The group of people at Earned are kind, caring and dedicated. I am thankful for all of your encouragement and helping me feel a sense of belonging. You are all wonderful people!!

Lastly…..

I finally got a window vinyl so my amazing clients know they are in the right place.
