I've been sitting with this decision for a while.
For the first time in my life... I'm choosing to pause.
This August, I'll be taking a full month away from my practice.
If you know me, you know this isn't easy. Work has always been a part of who I am. I went back to work when my babies were just two months old, and for years I've kept moving—building, learning, caring for others, always believing there would be time to slow down later.
Well... I think later has arrived.
I've spent so much of my life helping other people reconnect with themselves, and most recently I realized I needed to do the same.
I'll be spending precious time with my kids, filling my own cup, and creating space to dream about what's next. There are ideas that have been quietly calling to me for a long time, and I'm finally giving them the time they deserve.
This month off isn't about escaping my work—it's about returning to myself.
It's about asking myself some hard questions.
Where is my heart leading me?
How do I want to serve?
What do I want Willow Stone to become in the next chapter?
I don't have all the answers yet..and oddly, I'm okay with that.
What I do know is that healing asks us to create space. Space to breathe. Space to feel. Space to grow.
I've encouraged so many of my clients to honor that space over the years. It feels only right that I finally offer myself the same grace.
To every one of you who has trusted me, supported my business, referred your family and friends, and allowed me to do what I love—thank you. You have given me a career that fills my soul.
When I return, I hope to come back more grounded, more present, and with an even deeper purpose for the work I do.
Sometimes growth doesn't happen by pushing harder.
It usually begins by giving yourself permission to pause.
I have few remaining spaces left in July. Contact to book. (no new clients)
Please follow my FB page for updates as to when I will be opening my books for the fall.
See you in September. 🤍
