A little update for everyone ✨️

Things have been shifting massively for me over here. I have not been posting as much on social media and even my business as a whole took a bit of a pause the last couple months.

I have been doing A LOT of inner work, and to be honest it hasn't been the easiest. It's peeled back layers I didn't even know I had and left me pretty raw. But I am grateful for this journey. Even though it's not always easy, it's pushing me into bigger and better things for myself and the collective. And my business had to slow down so I had this time to reflect, process, and integrate. As I continue to do this work, my business and offerings will change a bit.

As I have said before, there will be slight changes to the sound baths, and also changes in general with my offerings. It's time to let my unique self shine with what I do, because I do believe I have a lot more to offer than this surface level.

Over the next couple days, watch for updates especially to the sound baths which will change for next week.

You guys have basically been on this journey with me as my business has changed and grown and continues to expand into new things. So thank you for following along 💖

I am looking forward to what is to come with all of you!

Do you take others advice more seriously than your own thoughts and feelings?

Yep even I have done this. I have looked to others for outside validation and compared myself to them and not felt good enough. It's easier to find guidance in others than it is to listen to our own guidance.

I am telling you right now though, that you are good enough!! No one is going to guide you better than you. Your guides, your higher self know the right path, let them guide you. Trust those gut feelings, your intuitive nudges. When we "worship" others, we are actually giving our power away to them. So when we learn to trust ourselves first and foremost, it's the most empowering thing you can do!

We can still turn to others for guidance, just don't take their word so seriously. Sit with it and feel if it actually resonates within you. The more you practice this, the easier it gets.

If you feel like life is trying to slow down for you, pay attention!

We need to take time to rest. This looks different for everyone and no it doesn't always mean just sitting on the couch doing nothing (although it could be that too!). This means taking time for yourself to do things that you are passionate about and that bring you great joy. It's stepping away from the rat race of life, and doing you.

What calls to your soul? What are you feeling guided to do? Sometimes the universe will force us to make this time for ourselves but we have to commit to doing this too! Trust me, it's not always the easy way if the universe has to force it on you.

We also need downtime to allow the shifts that are happening in our body to integrate. So when things seem "slower," there is a reason!

So listen to those whispers now and make yourself a priority!

Excited to send out some seriously good vibes for the Fall Equinox during this Mindful Manifesting workshop!
