Respite care helps more than just the person receiving care. It gives the caregiver time to rest, run errands, and recharge.

It also gives them something just as important—the chance to pause being a caregiver and simply be a spouse again.

Every single day at Rural Care Co. we are surrounded by remarkable women. From the dedicated female staff who care for our community, to our female leadership and the incredible community partners who support the work we do.

We witness baby girls coming into the world for the very first time, and we stand beside their mothers in those powerful moments of birth. We care for pediatric patients and support the moms who love and advocate for them. We walk alongside women who are saying goodbye to loved ones, and we support wives, daughters, mothers, and sisters navigating moments of grief and remembrance.

In every stage of life — from first breath to final goodbye — women are at the heart of our community.

Today, and every day, we celebrate their strength, compassion, resilience, and love. We are truly grateful to be surrounded by such incredible women. 🤎

Preparing for birth isn’t just about information — it’s about feeling supported, grounded, and confident as you step into this season.

The Intuitive Birthing Series was created to offer more than a traditional prenatal class. It’s a space to learn, move, breathe, ask questions, and prepare — together.

Led by two experienced doulas, this four-week group series blends practical education with emotional and physical preparation, supporting you through birth and into postpartum.

Group sessions run throughout the year

I’m so excited to officially introduce Rural Care Co.

This new space brings together all of the care we provide — from pregnancy to palliative — into one place that truly reflects how we support families.

You may recognize this work from different spaces in the past, but this next chapter allows everything to live together in a way that feels clearer, more connected, and deeply aligned.

Rural Care Co. was created with accessibility in mind, because care should meet people where they are, especially in rural and underserved communities.

Whether that looks like birth support, family care, education, or end-of-life care, the heart of the work remains the same: showing up with compassion, presence, and respect.
