As an Indigenous trauma-informed therapist. I understand how deeply childhood experiences , relationships and life stress can impact mental health and healing. My approach is compassion culturally safe & focused on helping you feel heard, understood and supported.

I am currently, accepting NIHB clients, and clients that have coverage through other services. I offer direct billing for eligible clients.
