after much thought, i have made the difficult decision to leave my vendor space at we got creative.
this wasn't a decision i made lightly. as many of you know, the past year has brought significant personal challenges that have affected my ability to be as present as i would like. while my stock levels have not always reflected my usual standards, i have continued to meet my vendor obligations and do my best to keep my business moving forward.
unfortunately, during my time at we got creative, i experienced situations that no longer align with my values as a small business owner. customers have been told to purchase similar products from other businesses rather than being directed to contact me directly. signage providing my website and social media information for restocking requests, special orders, and customer inquiries was removed or altered, making it more difficult for customers to connect with me and purchase directly from my business.
as many of you know, infuzed tZ & apothecary is not a side hobby for me — it is my livelihood. i am a one-person business, and this is my only source of income. every sale matters, whether it happens in a retail space, through my website, through social media, or at markets and events. i have always believed that supporting local means supporting fellow small businesses wherever customers choose to shop.
while i understand that my personal circumstances have impacted the amount of stock i have been able to keep on the shelves at times, i also believe that customers should be encouraged to connect directly with the maker when products are unavailable, rather than being directed elsewhere.
despite these challenges, i am grateful for every customer who discovered infuzed tZ & apothecary through we got creative. many of you have become loyal supporters, and for that i am incredibly thankful. your support has meant the world to me during some very difficult times.
this decision is not about giving up — it's about choosing to focus my energy where i feel supported and where my business can continue to grow.
