This must be made at the time of booking via credit card, etransfer or in person in order to secure your appointment time. If it is not received, the appointment will be removed. Due to this deposit policy, we do not make appointment via messenger or email.
As long as the appointment is cancelled within our requested window of 48 hours there is no charge or loss of deposit on the appointment. It remains refundable or transferable to the rescheduled appointment. After the 48 hour period there is a 50% fee charged at 24 hours, and 100% charged for any cancellations made after the 24 hour period.
If this window falls when we are closed we request that you please leave a message on our voicemail or appointments can be cancelled through the confirmation text messages.

Courtney: 1:00pm for 60 minute facial or dermaplanning, bikini (not Brazilian) or full leg or arm waxing, lash & brow tint with wax.
