So far, Sustainalicious has inspired 4,153 climate-smart meals across the city (and meals cooked at home!). These meals are helping avoid 959 kg of greenhouse gases and are saving more than 3.6 million litres of water.

But there’s still time to increase our impact!

Sustainalicious specials are being served across Toronto for a few more days, with incredible chefs creating dishes that are good for the planet and seriously good to eat.

Carrot Lox! Hanging out during bagel bonding at - answering questions about Meal Prep Monday!!

Carrot ribbons were blanched and marinated in liquid smoke, white wine vinegar, pickle and caper brine and smoked paprika - oh and sea salt and olive oil.

What a great time!! Thanks to all of you who came to our Full of Beans cooking class on Sunday!!

The fritters, the jambalaya, the panna cotta! You cooked up a storm. I won’t tell anyone that we all liked the canned beans better (gasp!).

There’s nothing like cooking with a community ❤️❤️❤️!
