Welcoming the energy of a new month!
September represents in an odd way new beginnings.
With the school year and a new month and a new season.
That's alot for so many to adopt new schedules, making lunches and dealing with the changes of traffic. Heightened anxiety !
Where does self-care fit in all this?
Staying grounded and centered despite so much change.
I haven't mentioned the astrological energy influencing our everyday.

Welcoming the Autumn Equinox!
I am excited to share that we will be gathering to celebrate once again.
It is time for the healing energy of Mother Earth as it transitions to a new season.
It's a time to recharge, reset and create new intentions.
An opportunity to be open to transformation as we reflect and we consciously link our awareness to the cycles of nature, our understanding of our own cycles.
The fall represents the harvest time of year, a time to acknowledge growth and expansion as a natural evolution of our organic beings. Our lives go through cycles of growth, harvest, death, and rebirth just as we see in nature.
As you are creating your intentions with nourishment, patience and trust of your soul.
We will be experiencing together Reiki Healing, guided meditations, fire circle, sharing and connecting with community.
