I have been counselling individuals since 2008 with the use of essential oils in creating balance and harmony as a practitioner in the art of Raindrop and VitaFlex techniques. Through my journey I discovered that I have the ability to channel energy and began to learn about Reiki, which lead me to becoming a certified practitioner in USUI Reiki. During my practice I began to learn about Angelic Re

iki and discovered how a Reiki practitioner could elevate their healing and understanding utilizing this methodology. Therefore, I took a pilgrimage to the United Kingdom to train with the founding Master Christine Core, I became certified as an Angelic Reiki Master/Practitioner and teacher,



I use an intuitive perspective, accessing the power that my clients have to heal themselves, to promote health, healing, balance and harmony in people’s lives. My mission is to help facilitate a profound level of healing and alignment within you so that you can evolve and become masters of your own destiny, health and well-being.

The summer solstice has been celebrated by many for thousands of years.
It is the time to transition to a new season to welcome the new energy of abundance and new beginnings.
Every solstice is about honoring the cycle of life. The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year and the shortest night. Its really about celebrating the power of the light before we start moving towards darkness again.
As many of us that live in Canada we make the most of our summer months.
Squeezing in as much as we can to enjoy the sunshine in every aspect.
Experiencing the power of the sun to be super-charged. We can use this time to super-charge our own power, magic, and creating intentions for the remainder of the year during this magical time.
There is a shamanic tradition known as feeding your flame.
Fire is one of the most powerful elements as many of us have experienced being around a camp fire.
It's also a great time to honour the solstice using the fire to feed and nourish our own power and to cleanse, release and reset our intentions.
We will be enjoying Reiki healing, meditation, creating new intentions and sharing our thoughts and dreams.

Men's Self-Care has evolved to become very important
It goes beyond basic grooming; it’s an essential routine encompassing physical, mental, and emotional health.
I see in my practice where men are having pedicures, open to a Reiki session, breathwork, a foot Reflexology and even an Indian Head massage. Allowing the armour to give way and showing their vulnerability.
Enjoying to be pampered and feeling safe.

"True strength is presence"
Many men are aware of eating healthy, getting a good night's sleep, exercising regularly and managing stress.
The aspirations are there but the motiviations can be a roller coaster just like women.
As a self-care practioner we need to meet men where they are and ask qestions what they expect out of their life. Many know exactly what they want and others are still stuggling to put it in words. That's ok!

We continue focusing this week not only on Men but boys as well.
Nuturing our boys at a very young age is key.
Experts agree that raising boys today requires moving away from the traditional "toughness" narrative. Research shows that boys thrive when they receive the same nurturing—affection, active listening, and validation—that girls receive, equipping them with emotional intelligence and resilience.
Providing them outlets and really paying attention to what makes them shine.
Playing baseball or hockey is not for all boys.
My little boy hated boy stuff and preferred cooking, imagination, and musical theatre where he thrived in that environment. Yes there were hiccups along the way but that's ok as a parent.

Creating a campaign this week focusing on Men's health.
In 2020 a study focused on 2000 Canadian men found that masculine role norms and self-stigma play a factor in health behaviours.
Pain is minimized, fatigue is normalized, emotional distress is ignored or reframed as weakness. Seeking help often feels like admitting failure rather than practising responsiblity.
Encouraging men and boys to reframe how they think about asking for help and to approach healthcare differently. Feeling safe to ask for a proactive approach with a Doctor, therapist or a practitioner.
