Grief is a deeply personal experience, and it does not look the same for everyone.
Some days may feel manageable. Other days may bring sadness, anger, confusion, loneliness or even moments of relief. These different emotions can all be part of grieving.
You don’t have to rush yourself through the process or compare your grief with someone else’s. Give yourself time to rest, talk to people you trust, take care of your body and allow yourself to feel what comes up.
And if grief begins to feel too difficult to carry alone, reaching out for professional support is okay. You don’t have to go through it by yourself.
Need someone to talk to? RewPaz connects you with licensed therapists who can provide support through grief and other emotional challenges.
