Nutrition and sunscreen us have consistently been the strongest influencing factors in skin aging according to science.

And we now know that some foods high in lycopenes and carotenoids can actually act as internal sunscreen .... although only an SPF of around 5, so please don't skip your sunscreen!
Still, having skin that is resilient against UV damage and thus holds on better to its collagen and elastin is a big win!!..

Lower face botox dosing for a nice lifting effect!l 😍 .
If you have come to me for upper face Botox and asked to add "just a little" to the lower face, you know that I generally hesitate or even sometimes discourage it....

Why?

Because muscles of the lower face are:
1. strong
2. all connected, and
3. work together

So unless you have a specific isolated concern (like dimpled chin or downward corners of the mouth) - a full treatment is required for you to have the "wow" effect.
Underdosing makes results essentially unnoticeable. ..

This treatment when done properly does not only give you a lovely lift but it also prevents further descent which is constantly accelerated by the down-pulling muscles.

In my opinion, its a great investment 👌 ..

Few units here and there that don't cost too much 💵 but carry a nice impact!
1. Chemical brow lift - a MUST for eveyrone, where or not you have hooded lids. It will slow down the hooding in the future!

2. Tip of tbe nose!! - love this treatment especially if your nose points down when you smile.

3. Lip flip 💋 - nice little plump and huge for preventing those smokers lines!!! Comes with a bit of an uncomfortable feeling for some but that only lasts a few days!

Let me know which one of these you like!!

Sometimes it does not take much to start looking more like yourself ❤️ .
For this absolutely wonderful lovely patient I did full face Botox targeting depressor muscles only, and 2 syringes of dermal filler thst will last her a long while!
