These 3 things always work for anxiety:

1. Square Breathing:
Inhale for 4
Hold for 4
Exhale for 4
Hold empty for 4

Do this a few times. It always works!

2. Grounding:
Identify 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste.

3. Shake, move your body. Do this for a few seconds to a couple of minutes. You can also go for a brisk walk if you have a chance.

Give hypnotherapy a try if you struggle with anxiety on a regular basis.
