My WEEKLY Supplement SYSTEM!
I finally invested in pill organizers, because using 3 organizers instead of filling 14 bottles every week like I’m defusing a supplement bomb got old fast.
The black organizer is my morning stack. The two yellow organizers are my nighttime stack.
This isn’t everything I take, but these are the supplements I take with my first and last solid meals, on top of my morning gut shake and a few other things throughout the day.
Morning stack:

On Saturdays and Sundays, because I usually go heavier on meat, I also add Pure Encapsulations Betaine HCl with Pepsin to both stacks.
This stack is built around digestive health, joint health, stress management, cognitive function, immune support, testosterone support, energy production, and recovery.
Ligament Restore and Mobility Joint + NEM support connective tissue, joints, tendons, ligaments, mobility, and joint comfort.
Ashwagandha supports stress resilience, nervous system function, recovery, and cognitive performance.
Zinc supports immunity, metabolism, tissue repair, and healthy testosterone status.
Digestive Enzymes Ultra and Betaine HCl with Pepsin support digestion, especially with larger or higher-protein meals.
Magnesium Glycinate supports muscle function, relaxation, sleep, and energy production.
Liposomal Glutathione supports antioxidant status, detoxification pathways, cellular health, liver function, and immunity.
The real lesson is not “copy my stack.” Please don’t be that person. The lesson is to build systems that make health easier to execute.
Food, sleep, training, stress management, and consistency are still the foundation. Supplements are just support.
