want more defined arms and shoulders without spending hours in the gym?
Save this simple upper-body workout:
🩷 10 Bicep Curls
🩷 10 Shoulder Presses
🩷 10 Bent-Over Rows
🩷 10 Tricep Extensions
Complete 2-3 sets.
One important reminder: if you want your muscles to become stronger and more defined, the weight has to feel challenging.
If you could easily keep going for another 10+ reps, it's too light.
You don't need to be lifting super heavy, but those last few reps should feel tough!
Simple workouts work.
