Meet Carla Buchanan, RMT – “The Long-Timer” 🏃‍♀️

Born and raised in Vernon, Carla has been a valued part of our clinic since 2006 and was instrumental in bringing massage therapy to Spine and Sports.

A graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, Carla has been practicing since 1996. She offers deep tissue, trigger point, sports, prenatal massage, and manual lymph drainage.

Outside the clinic, Carla is known for her incredible energy and a fitness enthusiast. She is a long-distance trail runner who has completed 50Km Slay the Dragon race and a 3rd degree black belt in Shotokan Karate.

When she’s not working or training, Carla enjoys relaxing with a good book, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with her beloved Bernese Mountain Dogs. 🐾
