We are very excited to welcome Joven for a guest spot over the next few weeks while they look for placement in Victoria! You can book with them directly, they are available and taking on clients now!
‘I focus on creating custom tattoos that tell a story—blending realism, new school, surrealism, and creative ideas into pieces that flow naturally with the body. My goal is to make the process comfortable, collaborative, and personal for every client.

I also enjoy working on cover-ups and exploring different styles, while continuing to develop my own approach over time. I’ve been tattooing for over 12 years, and along the way, I’ve learned a lot through conventions and competitions. Those experiences continue to inspire me to grow and to give my best in every piece I create.

As I continue my journey here in Victoria, I’ll be releasing medium to large-scale designs and look forward to meeting new models to work on these projects.

We are excited to be spending another year providing our amazing clients with tattoos and piercings! As a thank you to everyone who has supported us, we are hosting our flash event on November 28th, starting at noon ✨

All flash will be $100 each, repeatable, sized as is on the day, can be flipped, and limited to limbs (arms and limbs) only. Swipe to see a sneak peek at the available flash!!

Neptune Piercing will also be offering a deal of $40 select piercings (not including jewelry or cleaning solutions. Piercings not included in this deal are: below the waist, bridges, septum’s, already discounted double piercings).
