More of David. More deep breaths. More feeling like yourself again.

David approaches massage therapy through a trauma-informed, nervous-system-focused lens, blending therapeutic bodywork with a deeply somatic approach to care. His treatments aren’t just about tight muscles. They’re about helping people reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels grounded, safe, and supportive.

Stress, burnout, grief, trauma, anxiety, overwhelm… our bodies hold onto things. Sometimes quietly. Sometimes loudly. David’s work creates space for the nervous system to soften, regulate, and exhale a little.

Patients often leave sessions feeling calmer, more present, more connected to themselves, and a little less like they’ve been carrying the weight of the world in their shoulders.

If your body’s been asking for a gentler approach to healing lately, this might be your sign.

Meet Ryn (they/them) ✨

We’re excited to welcome Ryn to the team at Allies Integrated Health!

Ryn is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong focus on chronic pain, stress-related tension, headaches, migraines, low back pain, disc injuries, and nervous system support. Their treatments are thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.

Whether you’re dealing with persistent tension, recovering from injury, feeling burnt out, or simply trying to help your body feel a little more like home again, Ryn brings a calm and grounded approach to care that helps patients feel supported every step of the way.

They especially enjoy working with people who are ready to actively participate in their healing journey and are passionate about helping patients build lasting change, not just temporary relief.

A little behind-the-scenes moment from Team Allies.

Janna is currently sitting in 5th place in the Entrepreneur of Impact competition and the next few days are incredibly important.

What started as a hopeful “maybe this could help the clinic” has turned into something much bigger. A chance to bring more visibility to the kind of healthcare we believe everyone deserves: collaborative, inclusive, trauma-informed, and deeply human.

If Janna wins, the funding goes directly back into growing Allies Integrated Health. More accessibility initiatives. More community care. More support for people who have too often felt overlooked, dismissed, or left out of healthcare spaces.

Allies has never been built by one person alone. This clinic exists because of community. Because people shared posts, told their friends, booked appointments, volunteered, encouraged us, and believed in what we were trying to create.

So we’re asking for a little support once again.
