Anyone can pour water on hot stones. Few can hold a room while doing it.

Aufguss is the difference between heat and ceremony. The towel work, the timing, the scent, and the way a guide reads twelve (or more) different nervous systems at once to move them through something together. It looks like theatre. It’s actually deep practice. Our Aufguss Foundations course is where that practice begins.

In 2 days you’ll learn: the history + science behind contrast therapy and ritual heat, classic towel-waving and how to safely pour & work with ice balls, building scent with essential oils + infusions & herbs, safety, etiquette, and how to actually hold space for guests, in-sauna practice with live feedback.

Whether you want to guide professionally, deepen your own ritual, or just understand what’s happening in your body when the heat moves - this is the room.

The longest day on Ærth deserves the longest exhale.

June 21st we are going full send on the Solstice. Sachi Jess is running sound baths in the morning. Show up, lie down, let it do its thing. At 12:45pm Viki is doing a special Aufguss with sugar scrubs because why not treat your skin while you are already sweating. Both are part of your regular 105-minute session if you are in the space at this time.
