☀️ On the Eve of Summer ☀️
Tomorrow marks the Summer Solstice - the longest day of the year and the official beginning of summer.
For thousands of years, people have recognized this time as a turning point - a time to celebrate growth, abundance, light, and all that has been cultivated during the first half of the year.
It's also a beautiful opportunity to pause and reflect.
Think back to where you were six months ago.
👉What have you learned?
👉What have you overcome?
👉What has grown, even if only in small ways?
Growth isn't always dramatic. Sometimes it's a difficult conversation you finally had. A boundary you learned to hold. A fear you faced. A step you took when you weren't sure you could.
As we stand on the threshold of a new season, take a moment to acknowledge how far you've come.
The days may begin getting shorter after the solstice, but the light you've cultivated within yourself can continue to grow.
🌞 What's one thing you're proud of from the first half of this year?
