We were approached last month with an opportunity to work with an amazing program called The Edge, which offers employment programming to youth ages 18-26 who are new to or at risk of needing income assistance. Bambi and I have both relied on various youth and employment support programs in the past, so it was more than just a beautiful privilege to give back, it was symbolic of how far we’ve come in the last ten years. We owe special thanks to community services like Edge for the success we have today, and we’re looking forward to future collaborations.

More still, the honor of meeting the next generation who are taking the oftentimes difficult and challenging steps to better themselves and our communities. Special shout out to each of our guests on Tuesday for their time and candor. Please take a look at the services The Edge Program - Annapolis Valley and communityinc.ca provides, if you or someone you love could benefit from additional employment support. ❤️
