Rushing comes from an energy of fear and lack.

Fear of falling behind.

Fear of not being good enough.

Feeling like you always need to do more and you never have enough. 😰

Things don't even get done that much faster when you are rushing. It just makes you stressed and maybe gets you a speeding ticket.

The trick to stop rushing is to slow down and come back to the present moment.

Become aware of your breath.

Notice your environment.

Be fully present with the task at hand.

Remind yourself that everything will get done when it needs to. You just need to take one step at a time.

Your nervous system will thank you 😌

The biggest lesson of my 20s was learning how to accept myself.

From there, my life has blossomed in the most wonderful ways 🌸

I went from feeling self-conscious and small to feeling confident and powerful.

I went from hating myself to loving myself.

I went from being too afraid to speak to feeling safe showing up authentically.

I went from never being able to attract emotionally available people, to falling in love with my dream man.
