GENIE TRAVEL TIP: with the weather getting down-right frosty, many people are planning winter vacations. When planning a laser hair removal treatment for a hairless, razor-free vacation, keep in mind the following:

🌞 It takes up to 3 weeks for all the treated hair to shed

🌞 Treated areas are extra-susceptible to heat rash or burning from sun exposure for a couple days post-treatment

🌞 If the treatment area gets tanned, you will have to wait at least a couple weeks after last sun exposure for a slight tan to at least a month for a significant tan. You should wait for a dark tan to fade before resuming laser treatment.

🌞 Fake tans can also be targeted by the laser, so be sure to get your laser treatment before the tan & wash the tan off thoroughly before your next treatment.
